A Girl, A Pad:
Foursquare Secondary School, Abeokuta·Recent Impact
If You're Wondering What Impact Looks Like… Here You Go.
Hey you,
A hundred bright smiles. A hundred hearts filled with laughter and gratitude. And all of it… because of you.
A Girl, A Pad happened because you believed — because you chose to care.
Your kindness showed up in every pad, every deodorant, every tracker card, every bar of soap, and every kind word.
You made 100 girls feel seen, supported, and worthy.
Moments That Stayed With Us
We didn't just hand out items that day — we broke myths, answered questions and handed out confidence.
We showed them that someone out there genuinely cares.
And that someone… was you. 💗
More Than a Pad — A Lesson in Care
We gathered at Foursquare Secondary School, Abeokuta — 100 amazing young girls in one hall.
Our session began with an honest and empowering health talk led by Dr. Odejide Toluwalase from the Federal Medical Centre, Abeokuta, who spoke on menstrual hygiene and the importance of self-care.
Afterwards, we distributed the care pack, answered a ton of questions, shared our own experiences and stories that reminded the girls they are strong, capable, and periods are normal.
It was beautiful to see how something as simple as a conversation could make such a difference.
It wasn't just an outreach — it was love in action.
You Are the Impact
Every smile we saw, every "thank you" we heard, and every girl who left the hall with a lighter heart — it all traces back to you.
Your support made it possible. Whether you donated, volunteered, or simply shared our posts, you were part of this impact.
Thank you for standing with us. Thank you for making "Coping Together" more than a name — thank you for making it a movement. 💞
What's Next?
This is just the beginning.
We're not stopping here — we're growing, learning, and planning the next way to reach even more people.
If A Girl, A Pad touched your heart, stay close. There's more love to spread, more hope to share, and more lives to brighten.
Let's keep coping together — one act of kindness at a time. 🌸
